Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed for transactions made through My Recharge Sathi.


1. General Policy

All transactions processed through My Recharge Sathi are considered final. Once a successful recharge or service request is completed, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a user completes a payment but the recharge/service is not successfully delivered, the user must report the issue to customer support with the following details:

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and time of transaction

  • Registered mobile number

  • Relevant screenshots or proof (if available)


3. Refund Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, My Recharge Sathi will:

  • Verify the transaction details

  • Coordinate with the respective service provider/vendor

  • Process a refund if the failure is confirmed

Approved refunds will be credited to the user’s account or original payment source, as applicable.


4. Processing Time

Refund processing depends on the response from the respective service provider or vendor. It may take up to 7–10 working days or longer in certain cases.

My Recharge Sathi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.


5. Technical Issues

My Recharge Sathi shall not be held responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side

  • Failed transactions due to incorrect details entered by the user

  • Delays caused by banking networks or third-party services


6. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Successful recharge/service completion

  • Incorrect mobile number, operator, or amount entered by the user

  • Any user error during the transaction process


7. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by My Recharge Sathi after verification shall be considered final.
